Refund & Return Policy


At BeĀngels Specialty Coffee, we strive to serve you quality food and beverages with care. As our items are freshly prepared and perishable, we kindly ask you to read our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order is prepared, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns for food and beverages due to change of mind, personal taste preferences, or failure to collect the order on time.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided preparation has not started.
  • Once food or drinks are being prepared, cancellations and refunds are not possible.


3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund/Replacement

We will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Missing item(s) from your order.
  • Order received in unacceptable condition (e.g., spilled, spoiled, or damaged packaging).


4. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving or collecting the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) and clear photos of the issue are required.
  • Requests reported beyond the timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect delivery address or unreachable contact details provided by the customer.
  • Late pickups or delays caused by third-party delivery services beyond our control.
