1. Ordering

Orders can be placed online at any time, subject to stock availability.
Once confirmed, you will receive an order number/receipt as proof of purchase.
Please ensure all order details (items, shipping address, contact number) are accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).
Full payment must be made through our accepted payment methods before order processing.
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not been packed or dispatched.
Once the order is processed, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for incorrect, missing, or damaged items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within our stated timeframe.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, location, and external factors such as weather or peak periods.
Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.

5. Product Quality & Storage

Our coffee beans are freshly roasted and packed to maintain quality.
For the best experience, customers are advised to store beans in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and consume within the recommended period.
Taste may vary depending on brewing method and personal preference.

6. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its normal operation.
All content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to BeĀngels Specialty Coffee SDN. BHD. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeĀngels Specialty Coffee is not liable for:

  • Differences in taste preference or brewing results
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Losses or damages beyond the value of the order placed

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
