Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to delivering freshly roasted, high-quality coffee beans. As coffee is a consumable product and sensitive to storage conditions, we kindly ask you to review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of roasted coffee beans, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste preferences, brewing results, or change of mind.

2. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not been packed or dispatched.
Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item(s) from your order
  • Product received in damaged condition (e.g. torn packaging, leakage)
  • Beans received are not in sellable condition

4. Reporting an Issue
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) and clear photos of the issue are required.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste preference (e.g. flavor profile not to liking)
  • Improper storage after receiving the beans
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services
